• Non-Returnable Items: We generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or the wrong product has been shipped.
• Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted in the case of a damaged product or if the wrong item has been shipped.

Damaged or Wrong Products:

• Notification Period: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team at support@evolvecarcare.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item, and a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

Refunds:

• Refund Process: Refunds for damaged or wrong items will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

In some special cases, you may cancel your order before shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours before shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount.
