- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: All orders are placed at www.evolvecarcare.com are dispatched via reputed couriers. Currently, we are shipping through Delhivery, Vxpress, DTDC & many more.
- Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability, and we offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times of 4-7 business days depending on your location. For some destinations in NORTHEAST INDIA, the shipment time may be longer (up to 15 days).
- During the sale or festival period, some orders may take a longer time for delivery as well.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, with faster delivery times. Contact us for more information for expedited shipping.
- Partial Shipping: If an item goes on partial order (i.e. if you order 2 products and we only have 1 in stock) we will initiate you to explain the situation before shipping the product.
We may ship you the part of your order that is in stock after consenting and when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment. We also provide you the option either to cancel the order of the item which is not in stock OR you can buy another product in place of your previously ordered item (which is not in stock).
In case the Buyer chooses to cancel the item which is not in stock then we will refund you back the relevant amount of Rupees to the same payment method, through which you have paid for the order, within 7 business days.
