  • Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item, and a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

Refunds:

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

In some special cases, you may cancel your order before shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours before shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount.
