  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: All orders are placed at www.evolvecarcare.com are dispatched via reputed couriers. Currently, we are shipping through Delhivery, Vxpress, DTDC and many more.
  • Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability, and we offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times of 4-7 business days depending on your location. For some destinations in NORTHEAST INDIA, the shipment time may be longer (up to 15 days).
  • During the sale or festival period, some orders may take a longer time for delivery as well.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, with faster delivery times. Contact us for more information for expedited shipping.
  • Partial Shipping: If an item goes on partial order (i.e. if you order 2 products and we only have 1 in stock) we will initiate you to explain the situation before shipping the product.

We may ship you the part of your order that is in stock after consenting and when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment. We also provide you the option either to cancel the order of the item which is not in stock OR you can buy another product in place of your previously ordered item (which is not in stock).

In case the Buyer chooses to cancel the item which is not in stock then we will refund you back the relevant amount of Rupees to the same payment method, through which you have paid for the order, within 7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Products:

• Notification Period: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team at wecare@evolvecarcare.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item, and a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

Refunds:

• Refund Process: Refunds for damaged or wrong items will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.

Cancellations:

In some special cases, you may cancel your order before shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours before shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount.
